This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use this website, wislasearch.ai. WislaSearch is a product of WislaCode, and this notice covers this website only. Our main company website has its own, separate privacy statement.

What we collect, and why
This website has one form, the pilot request, and an assistant you can open in the corner of the page. The rest of the site is text and images and collects nothing.

No cookies
This website sets no cookies and reads none, and it carries no advertising or marketing tags. It writes to your browser's session storage in one case only: if you choose to sign in with LinkedIn or Google to fill the pilot form, what you have already typed into the form is kept there while you are away at the sign-in and removed the moment you return, so nothing you wrote is lost. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing stored on your device to ask you about.
How we count readers
We do want to know whether anybody reads this site, so each page you open is recorded: which page it was, which website you came from, the country your connection is in, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. The record is kept on our own servers. It is not shared with an analytics company, and there is no Google Analytics or similar product here.
The records are deleted after fourteen months.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in knowing whether our own site is read.
If you would rather not be counted, switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Several browsers and privacy extensions offer it, sometimes labelled "Do Not Track". This site checks for that signal on every page and records nothing when it is present, so the setting works immediately and needs nothing saved on your device or ours.
The assistant
The chat in the corner of the page is an AI assistant. It answers from a fixed description of WislaSearch, it does not search the internet, and it contacts nobody outside this website until you open it. What you type is sent to our main company website, wislacode.com, which runs the assistant for both sites, and from there to Anthropic, PBC in the USA, whose language model writes the reply. Nothing is sent to Anthropic unless you write to the assistant.
The conversation is kept on the wislacode.com servers together with your IP address and the page you opened the chat on, for three years after our last contact with you, so that our team can follow up and so we can improve the assistant. If you leave your name and email address in the chat, they are attached to the conversation and our team receives the transcript by email so that a person can follow up. The first message of a conversation passes the same Cloudflare check as the pilot form.
To limit abuse of the assistant, wislacode.com also keeps a counter of the requests received from your IP address. A daily job deletes it once it is more than 24 hours old.
Signing in to fill the form
The pilot form offers to fill in your name and email address from your LinkedIn or Google account. This is optional. If you use it, you are sent to our main company website, wislacode.com, which holds our registrations with LinkedIn and Google and runs the sign-in for both sites, and from there to the provider you chose. The provider tells wislacode.com your name and the email address of your account, and nothing else. Neither site can post to your profile or read anything in your account. wislacode.com passes the two values straight back to this site, signed and valid for ten minutes, and keeps no copy.
When you then send the form, your request reaches us with a note that the address was confirmed by the provider, and we skip the Cloudflare check, because the sign-in has already told a person from a script. LinkedIn or Google sees that you signed in through our website, under its own privacy policy.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of providers to run this site. They process personal data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own:
- Vercel Inc. - hosting and content delivery, and the server logs described above.
- Cloudflare, Inc. - the anti-spam check on the pilot form and on the first message to the assistant (Turnstile). It runs only once you use the form or open the assistant, never on the page itself, and it receives your IP address and signals about your browser in order to tell a person from a script.
- Anthropic, PBC - the language model behind the assistant. It receives the text of your conversation in order to write the reply.
- LinkedIn Corporation and Google LLC - the sign-in you may choose to fill the pilot form with. Each runs only its own sign-in and tells us your name and email address.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) - sends us the email carrying your request.
Some of these providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. Those transfers are protected by an appropriate safeguard, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We also use Telegram to alert our team that an enquiry has arrived. That alert is deliberately free of personal data: it says only that a new request has come in and whether the email reached us. Your name, your email address and your message are not sent to Telegram. They reach our team by email, from the provider named above.
Beyond this, we do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose it where the law or a competent authority requires us to.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below the age of full legal capacity in their country.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to have our processing restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing that we base on our legitimate interest, including on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you have a question about this notice, write to dpo@wislacode.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will normally reply within 30 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Changes to this notice
If what we do with personal data on this website changes, we will update this notice and change the date at the top of it.
